co-founder & principal
David is a 25-year veteran hospitality investment banker, and developer. As the principal of BridgeSouth Capital, he has developed Marriott, Hilton, and Wyndham branded hotels across the United States and structured financing for numerous hospitality projects.
David was a founding member of WELBRO Building Corporation’s Hospitality Development group based in Orlando. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Hartwick College in New York and attended the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.

Dave is a visionary developer, builder, and C-suite executive with 35 years of North American industry experience.
His career includes 15 years as COO in family offices in the US and Canada, managing a $5 billion development pipeline, and delivering $500 million in new assets annually.
Dave has developed masterplan communities, more than 4 million square feet of hospitality, industrial, and office space, and 20,000+ residential units. He is an experienced multifamily and production builder, licensed as a GC in Florida, and GC and civil engineering contractor in California.
