Each hotel we develop presents an opportunity to invest with us in the US or Canada. Our select investor pool includes accredited investors, family offices, and institutions seeking capital appreciation, cash flow, diversification, and the tax advantages that real estate can offer.

The mutual alignment of goals and objectives is one of our primary mandates.

We have skin in the game with 10%, or more, of the equity in every hotel we develop.

Our current focus is on extended-stay hotels, the fastest growing and most profitable hospitality segment. We feel that this asset class offers the greatest near and long-term opportunity to strategically invest in hotels for capital appreciation, net operating income, and diversification by flag, location, and brand.

We also offer a unique JV program to allow landowners a mechanism to hold a retained interest in any new hotel we build on their land.

HOW WE ROLL

Setting up for success at step one, we only build and own new franchise hotels with global brands and proven operating and reservation systems. We work with industry leaders in hospitality management and select best-in-class management companies for each property we own.

We maintain a list of investors and reach out as we capitalize each hotel and establish the franchise with the flag.
