Tree Frog Hotels LLC forms strategic partnership with Seabrooke Family Office

ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA — January 15, 2024 — Tree Frog Hotels LLC, an integrated hospitality investment platform, and the Seabrooke Family Office have formed a joint venture to invest in new franchise hotels in Florida. TFH will develop each new hotel, capitalize, and syndicate investment through its network of family offices and institutions.

The first hotel will be located in West Palm Beach, FL and will break ground in Q4 of 2024.
